Murilo Pagotto receives travel grant to participate in the 21st International Input-Output Conference, Japan

Mr Murilo Pagotto, a masters by coursework student and research project advisee of Dr Anthony Halog in the School of Geography, Planning and Environmental Management at the University of Queensland, has been one of the recent recipients of a competitive travel grant (up to US$2,500) provided by the International Input-Output Association (IIOA). The IIOA travel grant will support his participation in the 21st International Input-Output Conference, Kitakyushu, Japan, July 7 to July 12, 2013. Their peer-refereed full paper Towards a Circular Economy: An Application of Input-Output Oriented Approach to Improve Eco-efficiency of Australia's Food Industry has been accepted for conference proceedings and oral presentation.
